The Baker Behind the Cookies
Kacey, a doctor of physical therapy and passionate rock climber, has cultivated a love for cooking and baking since childhood. Her education included several chemistry classes, sparking a fascination with experimentation.
Over the span of several years, she diligently experimented to create a cookie that not only tastes incredible but is also free from animal products and common allergens, all while striving to use the highest quality ingredients.
As a perfectionist she aimed to create a product that she could be genuinely proud of. Her cookie business was prompted by her history of food intolerances and celiac disease. Tired of saying "sorry, I can’t have that" to delightful treats, she set out to create a delicious alternative that could be savored by almost everyone. Kacey’s aim is to promote the enjoyment of irresistible cookies, with respect for ethical concerns and special consideration of allergies, intolerances, and medical conditions.
